Kevin Blackwell (Owner of TRC Projects Ltd ) has been in the Real Estate developed industry since 2001 with private Developers in Calgary, Radium Hot Springs and Sicamous B.C on over 500 multi family homes in both apartment condominiums and townhomes transactions while offering consulting, strategic planning, development management and sales and marketing. TRC Projects was formed to perform these same tasks for future projects under our own company.

In the Columbia Valley and Radium Hot Springs B.C, we have partnered with Kris Newman Building Construction for the Building of Quality Fee Simple Homes.

TRC Projects and Kris Newman Building Construction have now built and sold 40 new homes in Radium Hot Springs and Invermere since 2017.
