TRC Projects Ltd. Is a privately held Real Estate Development company that focuses on boutique developments in both Calgary, Alberta, Radium Hot Springs and Invermere,  British Columbia.

Since 2000, Kevin Blackwell (Owner of TRC Projects Ltd ) has worked jointly with private Developers in Calgary, Radium Hot Springs and Sicamous B.C to complete over 500 multi family homes in both apartment condominiums and townhomes transactions while offering consulting, strategic planning, development management and sales and marketing.

TRC Projects was formed in 2014 in Calgary and then started developing real estate for new homes in Radium Hot Springs in 2016.  We focus on 1 project at a time, and hire quality trades and quality builders.   In the Columbia Valley, and our projects in Radium Hot Springs and Invermere, we have developed a great relationship with the Valley’s top Residential Home Builder,  Kris Newman Building Construction.

Kevin Blackwell – Developer

Kris is an interprovincial red seal journeyman carpenter, registered with BC Housing, and Travelers Insurance Home Warranty Program and has been operating independently in the Columbia Valley for over 20 years.  Unlike some builders,  Kris is a hands on builder, who is onsite every day, from starting the foundation, to framing the structure, to installing the windows, exterior building envelope and has a keen eye on detail. Kris is there from day one of the excavation to the final key turn over to the new home owner.
