Past Projects
These homes were our 41st and 42nd Homes we built with Kris Newman Building Construction in the Valley. Both were sold prior to completion! The homes were Designed for one floor living, with main floor plans of 1200 Sq. Ft plus a fully developed basement to provide over 2100 Sq. Ft of living. Features included, Stainless Steel Appliances, Quartz Counters, 9Ft Ceilings on Main floor, Private decks, Full ICF Concrete party wall, James Hardie Siding for maintenance free exterior. This project started in July of 2023 and the new home owners moved in December 1, 2023.
Stanley Street was 2 – 5 plex Homes set up as Fee Simple Homes ( no strata fees ), we worked with Berry Architect to create 2 buildings, with both full finished basements and slab on grade homes, to offer different options for sizes. Homes ranged from 1350 – 1950 Sq. Ft with Double Car detached garages, private fully fenced and landscaped backyards. Located on Stanley Street, in Radium Hot Springs, this project enhanced the street and created sidewalks along Stanley Street.

The Prajeas
This was a custom home we built with Kris Newman, our 30th home in the Valley. We built this for our family to enjoy and to show case some of the features we can build in your new home. Built into a side of a hill, this reverse walk out bungalow has a developed area of 1950 Sq. Ft set on 2 levels, with custom kitchen by Warwick Interiors, 10 Ft quartz island, custom stair case, feature railing, Black Stainless steel appliances, and a wrap around deck with a great view of the Lake.
This project was started in April 2021 and had the first move ins on the first building in December and 2nd building in February.
8 Strata Townhomes in the existing development of Parkside Place. The homes featured 3 Stories with attached double car garages with developed space up to 1750 Sq. Ft. Featuring front and rear patios, 9Ft ceilings, Electric Fireplace, Quartz counter tops, and Interior flooring and cabinets by Warwick Interiors. Kris Newman was the builder, which was our 22- to 29th home completed, and Kris managed the construction schedule on time and on budget, which in the 2021-22 year was a challenge.
2 Single family homes built in the community of Radium Hot Springs. Kris Newman Building Construction of course was the builder, which featured our 20th and 21st homes completed in Radium Hot Springs. Both homes had same roof lines, but exteriors were designed to give a different feel. Interiors featured custom kitchens by Warwick Cabinets and all flooring completed by Warwick Interiors. A great floor plan that featured 1260 Sq. Ft on the main, plus another 750 Sq ft the developed basement. Landscaping to be completed in June 2021.
8 Bungalow Homes on Revelstoke Ave across the street from Springs Golf Course. Featured a ICF concrete party wall, over 1900 Sq. Ft developed with fully fenced and landscaped homes
